Au Bon Pain Plans Soft Opening

I was delighted to read in The New Perspective yesterday that Carroll University’s newest dining option, Au Bon Pain, will be having a soft opening Thursday of this week. Starting this Friday, Au Bon Pain will be open from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily.

Au Bon Pain is a full-service cafe that offers soups, sandwiches, wraps, a salad bar with more than 30 items, pastries and healthy snacks. Beverages include coffee and smoothies. Although the dining option is located on Carroll’s campus, the cafe is open to the public.

I welcome Au Bon Pain to Wisconsin (I’ve been waiting many years for a location in our state).

Au Bon Pain is located in the Frontier Residence Hall, Carroll University, 210 N. Grand Ave., Waukesha.
