‘Ghosts’, Mumford and Sons

The return of Mumfordmania is imminent, as the British quartet have been road-testing an album’s worth of new material ever since the release of their 2009 breakout debut, Sigh No More, and selling out shows ever since (like their appearance at The Riverside last Halloween). It is rumored the Mumford & Sons will release a new album sometime in early 2012.
In the meantime the band has performed a new song for the Philadelphia radio station 104.5 called “Ghosts” — according to Ben Lovett, or “Ghosts That We Knew,” if it’s up to Marcus Mumford — which will be on the sophomore album, yet to be titled. Take a listen to the song above and let me know what you think.
In other related Mumford & Sons’ news, the band will also be releasing a new track as part of the soundtrack for the film ‘Wuthering Heights’.
